Sold used car to another individual. How can I get sales tax back?

I just bought a new car and sold my used car to another individual for $6,500 in NJ. Because the new buyer of my old car will have to pay sales tax when he registers the used vehicle, am I entitled to get the sales tax back on the sold car? If so, does anyone know how to go about this and if there are forms online to fill out for the State of NJ?
