I only mentioned it because I thought Best Buy got in trouble for forcing customers to buy XboX 360 bundles last year.

If I recall, that's because it was some kid who had just barely managed to save up enough for the console and one game or something, and the BB guys turned him away. They only got in trouble because THEY weren't supposed to be forcing the bundles. Other companies (I'm looking at you EB & Gamestop ) can and do force bundles, however.
