Sold a bike on Ebay now the buyer is not picking it up! How long am I liable?

like the title says! I sold a Motorcycle on Ebay and the buyer paid but it has been almost a month and he hasn't came and got the bike. He did attempt shipping once but the company wouldn't take it due to the bike sitting so low. The auction clearly states no refunds but how long am I liable for this transaction? When he bought the bike he told me it would be gone in 10 days but it's not! I can't find an answer on Ebay anywhere. Someone help!
Of course Im concerned with being liable! I have had this bike sitting at my house for a month and the terms of the sale said 10 days! I already took one day off of work and lost that money to be here for the shipping the first time and now I could just leave the bike outside and let whatever happen to it but Im trying to be nice and leave it in the garage, so that it doesnt damage it! At what point do I have a legal right to say I have done all I can?
Please dont leave an answer if your going to be stupid. I'm looking for real help not insults!
 
Well really if he hasn't got the service he paid for, then you should give him his money back. It sounds like he's obviously having difficulty getting his bike shipped over, so he hasn't recieved anything for his money. You seem to be more concerned about being liable, where does common sense come into this???
