Solar system is a no fly area to more advance civilizations?

Ok lats say that we are not alone in this universe and that there is hundreds of other alien civilizations in the universe, some less advance than our own and some more advance than our own. Some so advance that have galactic wars with each other kind of like star wars and star trek.

So one day an alien explorer vessel discovers that there is a less advance intelligent specie on this planet (us) but they are thousands of years more advance than us so they decide to make every solar system with intelligent life be considered a "no fly zone" much like places here on earth where you can't fly over because they are "no fly zones". The reason for this is because we are a young species still developing and are to advance in technology independently without help from more advance civilizations.

Ok now you probably think "this guy's crazy, hes been watching too many sci-fiction movies". Bust just think about it for a min if life can exist here on earth which is one out of hundred of billion of planets in the universe, why can it exist elsewhere? Now this sounds very possible. And now maybe their scientists are on a quest to study us and discover new worlds and new civilizations. And when they think were are advance enough they will make contact with us.

Now tell what you think about all this.

What you have suggested is one of the many answers to the Fermi Paradox.

The Fermi Paradox simply asks the question of; Given the size and age of the universe, if there is intelligent life elsewhere, where is it?

There probably are aliens out there. The universe is just so big that the conditions for life will almost certainly arise elsewhere. BUT:

*The conditions necessary for life are still very hard to achieve, and the chances of life appearing anywhere near here are impossibly small.
*Most alien life will probably be microbes (for billions of years, that's all the life that was on Earth).
*Even if it does become more complex, that doesn't necessarily mean intelligence. Remember that of the 4.6 billion years Earth has existed, we've only existed for about 150 000. So most other alien worlds will just have animals on them.

But let's suppose intelligence does arise elsewhere- it probably has/is happening/will happen elsewhere. Chances are, however, this other civilisation will arise VERY far away- perhaps millions of light years (which would mean we are the only civilisation in this galaxy). And yu can't go faster than light, so it would take millions of years for them to reach us. And how would they know where to look- our probes would not get that far for BILLIONS of years, and our radio signals would be undetectable at that range.

So, in short, there is almost no chance of a spacefaring civilisation arising near enough to notice us or come over here any time soon. That's probably why we haven't made contact yet.

I agree fully on the Extra Terrestrial idea. There is no way we are the only ones here.

But I wouldn't go with the no fly zone thing, first off, I'm going to assume that they wouldn't all get along and so there for couldn't make a universal law. Plus I'd think that another advanced civilization wouldn't be much different than ours in that they would disregard all lesser beings, much as we do other animals.

well maybe they have learnt their lesson by helping a corrupt species like human beings before.

I think that is quite possible. Leave the primitives alone and observe whether or not we destroy each other and the environment. When and if we manage to evolve enough not to pick fights with other people just because of ignorance, arrogance and/or jealousy, we MIGHT deserve to be contacted
