Software to track cell sites and check signal quality on Nokia 5800

I have a Nokia 5800 with the latest firmware and wanted a program like netmonitor that allows me to check what cell site I am on, as well as to see how good signal quality I am getting.

I came across this application called CellTrack that seems to meet my needs but not sure if it works with my phone and how to go about installing it either.

Can someone let me know of a app that will do what I am looking for as well as if the celltrack application works?
