Software that makes a photo gallery without HTML or FTP?

I need to find something that will help someone create a photo gallery online. They don't know HTML or FTP. It should be software that connects to a website (like Wordpress does) not an account on a site like deviant art. It can cost a little (like $30 or less). It just has to look nice for a professional artist site. Thanks
