I'm trying to choose a major from the two fields that interests me, software eng and EnE. Which one do you think would be greater career choice, where there's less likely to be unemployment, and competition?
Also, which one of these to has a brighter prospect in the near future, i.e. in 3-4 years? and what are the possible postgraduate fields for these two degrees?
If i take software eng, i'd take up network and mobile computing as masters, and if i choose EnE, I'd do robotics.
I know these kinds of questions are dumb because it always boils down to what my field of interest is, but i'm torn beween them.
Lastly, which one pays better, in terms of salary, job satisfaction, international appeal, etc?
