bled all lines.? I have a 93 jeep grand 4x4 w/ 318 motor. The breaks went completly out about a week ago and I noticed break fluid dripping down the driver side front tire. It appeared that the seals in the caliper had been cut by the rotor being tore up by the pads (or lack thereof). As states above, I replaced the pads/calipers and rotors on the front of the jeep (BOTH SIDES). I then bled the front and rear (which are drum). It feels like the jeep has half stopping power - the pedal still goes soft when trying to break - the jeep still stops, just not as quickly as it should. While bleeding the rear breaks I noticed a sound coming from drivers side rear which sounded like a spring being pulled and released (a creaking sound almost) I am not sure if that sound is contributing to anything or not. NO fluid has been noted leaking anywhere. ANY ideas? Any help with this matter is greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!
