I'm at university and am 20 years old. I train and race for triathlons so every weekday morning I get up at 5am and train, go to classes, come home, train again and study.
I have a bit of free time every now and then, but my friends only want to do things late at night, which is way past my ideal bedtime of 9pm when I'm tired and sore from training.
If anyone has similar experiences with sports, other activities or friends that want to stay up late and party when you don't can you please give me advice on what you did?
Do I need to get new friends who go to bed the same time as me? My triathlon training is a huge huge part of my life but I'm not really sure about my social life, as every one seems to not invite me to things anymore because I'm always training and therefore generally have to turn them down.
