Social Construction of Femininity?

I am writing a synthesis paper and its about social construction of femininity. My thesis is that Media is the most influential factor in social construction of femininity. my main points will be eating disorders, body image, and maybe low self esteem.

I am always thinking something is wrong with all of these?? am I missing something?? are my points wrong? please help me out! this is my first time writing a synthesis paper and i have know clue at all!
