i have been using nive soap with almond oil init for a while, and kept me clear for ages.........
did start to break out again so tryed dettol soap wich helped for a bit, but started to break out again.
anyhows I have decided to improve my diet, cut down on beer, and drink more water, and to give the nivea soap a go again. was wondering if any 1 like using soaps that had natural oils in them? or if any 1 thinks almond oil is a good thing when it comes to acne? :dizzy:
