...totaled.How can I get money from this During the accident, I was not hurt but my girlfriend was in the passenger side of the car and her knees hit the dashboard. She has trouble walking because her knees are slightly bruised now but besides that, I did not get hurt. The man went through a stop sign and practically T-boned my car. He then took off until my friend stopped him and took his plates...then he turned around and came back. When he came back he was obviously drunk and admitted it and told me he blew the stop sign without realizing it. I only have PLPD (Public Liability and Property Damage) insurance and I would desperately like to get money back from this wreck so I can have a car to drive. Sadly, the asshole is not insured and I don't know what that means for me. If anyone knows a possible way I can make some money please give me a detailed way to go at this. I would appreciate it so much.
