So why DIDN'T Obama get rid of the CEO's at AIG like he did at GM ?

Seeing that we taxpayers are giving this money to the companies shouldn't WE DECIDE who is fired and hired seeing that we own part of these companies now ?
At least the CEO at GM didn't give out millions of bonus to the ones that ran the company in the ground.
Well if this new guy gave all the crooks bonuses with MY money I want him fired he isn't doing his job either is he ? ITS your money folks why are you sticking up for Obama ?
 
Already done by Bush with the first TARP back in August of 2008...you Republicans truly need to get an education and learn to research things before going off the deep end.
 
Obama couldn't, but they did get rid of their current CEO. AIG's current CEO Ed Liddy is who they hired when they took over.

And just in case you didn't know, those bonuses were obligated to be given by contracts, which is clearly stated on the constitution that neither federal government, nor state government can interfere with, and the democrats who wrote the bill made sure the bonuses would be given.
