So who is going to end up paying for National Health Care?

I am in the top 50% of income earners that pay 98% of the taxes in this country. If Obama has his way, my taxes will be RAISED to help pay for his Universal Health Care plan. Which means I run the risk of having my employer cut my benefits all together, or I get taxed even more on their contribution as income.

So is this what me and millions of other working Americans face? Higher taxes to pay for Obama's health care that we might be forced into signing up with, or being taxed even more to keep the insurance we have?
 
He wants to tax you and small businesses--because small businesses land in the category of "rich" though they really aren't rich. Most of these small businesses have said the only way to remain in business under those circumstances would be to lay off more people. Just brilliant, huh? Atlas has shrugged.
 
No health care for :
a) consistent over weight people
b) drug and tobaco users
c) able person who refuses to work
d) criminals and prisoners
e) abortion by unmarried girls
