OK I was freaking out a bit a while ago because I got into astrology right around my birthday [June 18] and it said my Rising was a Libra. Awesome right lol? Well the time change occurs and I had to look up my chart and all of a sudden I have a Scorpio Rising and I am freaking about which is which, until I asked a question and someone gave me sites where they had the correct times and they even had boxes where you would check to calculate in the Daylight Savings Time.
Turns out I have a Libra rising lol
Well I was born in 1994 so yeah how can you know that things have moved if you dont know my birth year?
