So what is the difference between honda and acura integra?

Nope. No difference.
In places like Canada and Europe, they call it Honda Integra's instead of Honda Civic's.

And in U.S., they call it Acura Integra and Honda Civic. In the U.S., the design of the Civic's exterior/interior is different than the Acura Integra's exterior/interior. But they have the same engine and chassis and suspension. While in other countries and Canada, they are exactly the same inside and out.
 
The Honda Integra is in Japan, and the Acura Integra is in the US.
Acura is a US based company and it is a sub-division of Honda, Japan.

The Integra and Civic are not the same, they do not share the same motor, the interiors are not the same either. But they CAN have the same motor if swapped.
