I used to download torrent files and get all sort of stuff until last year September 2011 when there was the announcement that matters where going to get more seriously.... I haven't research much really and this is why I want to ask this question.... I really want to learn Russian and I have only been able to find this file in a torrent file nowhere else.... not at least without a credit card.... a friend of mine is saying he's still downloading stuff as usual and he hasn't have problems but he only uses direct downloads and not torrents..... so what's the difference on this?
But anyway my question us what happens, what can go wrong if I download the russian learning audio file that I so badly want to get via torrent file?
I've heard that first there is a notification and request to stop (if I'm correct) and from then on, fine until total and permanent suspension of internet services.....
