So what barbershop can I get a haircut thats like a scene kid in hawaii?

Alright, so idk. The only thing i've heard is that paul brown, but i'm not so sure that they cut scene kid hair, I'm looking for something like white as snow with blue streaks. So please help, I want to know the BEST place to cut scene kid hair.


So it has to be like this photo that you have to search up, its under "emo hair" in images at google when you search it up. The first one that has the high blonde with the blue streaks!
