the Supreme Court is ok? What's up guys? Why the celebration for Supreme Court intervention in a reorganization effort, but the attacks on Obama's intervention?

Either you want government intervention or you don't? They're both the same though in terms of government interference with private enterprise.
 
All I know is the bondholders are getting the shaft.

If the government hadn't gotten their nose in it to begin with, the Supreme Court wouldn't be in on it, would they? Didn't think so.
 
I hope the SC cancels the part of the restructuring that gives the union a seat on the board.

Giving them a seat on the board is dangerous and stupid.
