Heyy Guys.
It's been a while..but I've been living well the past little while up until the last few weeks.
The doctor had prescribed me .5 Clonazepam in noveraber..45 pills and I still have about 25 pills left as I only take halfs at at time.
My anxiety is 100% health related - especially since my daddys heart attack 2 years ago. I am 5'1 and weight 94 pounRAB and I eat very healthy.. but I do smoke.
The last few days i've had this pain on my ribs, not sharp pains but crampy pains and same between my shoulders.. ive been doing so well but now I cannot fight the feeling of having a heart attack.
I also live with excessive indigestion and acid reflux ..at least i hope thats what it is..
my question to my fellow "copers" is ..do you guys experience acid refulx, indigestion, pain in chest/shoulders.. it's getting tiring and im so sick of worrying about having a heart attack!
