on the property line where our? privacy fence is which is wooden. Well this tree has growing crazy over the past couple years and the lady who live in the house is elderly. We never speak to her because she lives like in back of us. I've knocked on the door a couple times to speak with her about it but no one ever answers the door. We live on a corner so her back yard is completely exposed because she has no fence along her side. Do you think i could walk into the back yard and just trim the section that literally knocking our fence over or would that not be the right thing to do. Where do i go from here !?!?!?!
