Then why is it that she doesnt bother to make more use of he money...giveaways...yippie! commercialized, hype for the media, 1 school in africa...great great, but it was televised, more commercial media, and why not open one in every African state? okay, tom cruise and david blaine? great entertainers, but come on...oprah? why is it that you donated to th NO during Hurrican Katrina an deven televised a show about it,m but the heart of the actual storm destruction , Mississippi, got zip form you? why do we have to...as black americans face being sweeped under the rug when soemthing happensin our community such as the sean bell case, everyday shootings, great african american achievments of toay, that are not already commericalized...missing kid and adult cases of african americans never get CNN play never make it to Nacy Grace, or if they do its for 2.5 seconds, where as a little white girl gets kidnaped and its the only news in exsistence for months...why not take that studio of yours
and open a Black CNN? im just saying...so many peopel admire and respect oprah...but If you had her money and power and you were african american living in our world today, would you use your money more towards uncommercialzed, un medialized black help, or awarness, or would you just give away 200 suv's to families that already own a car?
and im not ragging on oprah, she does stuff, but I just dont see her using her money to drastically change black america, the way she could, not should, thats her money, but could...
