So my vet just told me bad news about my puppy (bull terrier)?

ok so his balls never dropped, which I knew before I purchased him, and since I'm not breeding him, didn't mind, so he gets fixed next month...but now I find out he has a heart murmur thats never going to go away and the lenses on his eyes seem "weird" and "abnormal", but can still see. I'm aware that heart problems and blindness are common in this breed, but i saw the parents health certificates and all and thought i was getting a healthy pup. should i say something to the breeder? and how will these problems affect his life?

You should absolutely say something to the breeder. They need to know that the problems are there.

As for the eyes, I would have a veterinary ophthalmologist examine your dog for a definite diagnosis. This person should also be able to tell you how much of his sight is affected, and how to proceed.

You might consider getting a second opinion on the heart murmur, as well.
