HE was released from jail because he was going to be serving probation. As soon as he was released he went out of the facility and on the phone calling me to pick him up. So at that point he was detained by INS and transfered to their facility and taken in to custody. Right away they took him to L.A. where he was forced to voluntarily leave the country. I want to help him out. Who do i contact to let know that he cant serve his probation because he was deported. He doesn't have probation officer. This happened to him last time and as a result a warrant was issued. Can he appeal to overturn immigrations call to leave the country. And he didn't see a judge in L.A.
So my friend got deported. Hes supposed to be serving probation?
