It's not in my country at least, and I hope this country will quit caving to the druggies and take back the "medicinal" use of it, and never make it legal for any use again.
 
hopefully we ( America ) follows as well, and stop being so immature about the matter... thats what it is, stupidity... nothing else, we know the negative effects ( almost 0 ) and what the potential positive effects will be if legalized, still we choose to act like kids about it...
