them away at asking price? It seems to me that their are more short sale listings then regular listings. Does anyone know if they really go for what they are listed? Take for instance, a $45,000 home that is a short sale, yea i know it takes for ever and short sales are a pain but having so many of them and such a short market of buyers, do you think the odds of getting them for asking are in my favor? thanks
