I know they are probably illegal, but I have this friend who has a Droid2 and he keeps getting all the new songs for free. He says he won't get in trouble because he doesn't share the music with people, it's just like he borrows the music and then deletes and gets more music or something like that.
Will his phone company sue him? or take away his phone for using those apps? I'm just curious if it is worth it to get an android for the music if you don't share the music and keep it only on your phone.
