So, i'm trying to paint my bike. I just sanded the down the frame. Does anyone know where I can buy metal primer, and what kind of paint should I use to paint the frame? Oh, one more thing, is there anywhere where i can buy like a entire bike wheel?

Yeah it would be best if you used a heat lamp and a proper paint shop, but in a pinch I'd go with Rustoleum Primer and Paint, its spraypaint, but prevents rust to your bike, adheres well to metal, and works great in my experience.

Whenever we have customers coming in for metal paint, I usually direct them to Rustoleum.

Also, make sure you use the appropriate primer for the color your using

If you don't have a paint sprayer and heat lamps, your paint
job will look like s***.
You need to use quality metal primer, and either enamel
paint (with the right equipment) or powder coat (beyond your
abilities).
Best bet- take it to a car paint shop, and ask them to spray it for
you when they have a car in for a paint job that matches the
color you want.

Bike wheel- any decent bike shop.
