So I'm 13 and I do need more clothes, but I do not have enough money, how can i make it?

I really need more clothes. Also, what colours would look good on me? I have pale skin with a bit of red in my cheeks occasionally. I have big brown/green eyes and rosy red lips. Also I have very dark brown medium curly hair.
