I cant help it! It's so cheap and I'm new to the work force so I dont have a lot of money. I haven't gained any weight yet Im still actually really skinny but I also run about 6 to 15 miles a day and I recently just started to weight lift. I am actually trying to gain weight. But are my arteries paying the price for my cheap eating? How the FU** are you supposed to eat healthy with 100$ month budget on food? Even fu***ng ramon noodles is unhealthy so how long do I have left to live? And if anyone has any really cheap and easy suggestions to eat more healthy let me know.
