So I went to the gym today and..?

Went to the gym for the first time in about three weeks, except I've been working out outside 4 days a week for about 8 weeks (running) My goal is to strengthen my back muscles because of my current career as a dentist it's taking a lot of strain on my back especially sitting, bending and twisting all day long. Anyways that being said I'd like to work on my entire body.

This is what I did today at the gym

I walked on the treadmill for 25 minutes, kept my heart rate at about 187 and burned 135 calories
For strength training, Today was middle and upper body

Pull downs at 55lbs (3 sets of 15 reps)
Chest press 30lbs (3 sets of 15 reps) -->This was an improvement from 10lbs
Ab cruncher 75lbs (3 sets of 15 reps)
I waited like a half hour for the deltoid machine because this super old guy was napping on it :/ never got to use it, so I went home. That will be part this routine.

I need some suggestions? Please and Thank you.

By the way, my diet is healthy I just needed improvements with my exercise.
