...buddy! But my problem is eating.? I work 3-4 days a week from 6PM-6AM and those days i come home and im with my 10 month old all day and go back at 6PM. SO its hard to stay on a diet because I want to eat while at work. I dont like any raw Veggies I hate salads and Sushi. I will eat all cooked veggies and i love fruit. I am always hungry && I plan on losing 50 pounds in the next 5 months but i need help with my eating problem! I need to know abt pills that work and what foods to eat and good diets for people who work night shifts. Please dont reply if your gonna give me a BOGUS website thats shitty and I have to pay all this money for im broke! Please be serious im at 190 right now 5"7 I wanna get to at least 140!
