I reset it (it as my sisters old phone so I wanted all of her crap off there) so I reset it... ok it deleted all of it off there and I go to turn it on and it told me to pick my language. i selected english and hit start... then something pops up saying "Checking data connectivity" it loads while I wait... then it says setup Blur device underneath it says connection failed then it says please select a connection type to finish setup. if choose set up wifi then hit next it send me to wifi settings.... ok so i set up wifi and hit next. then again it says checking data connection... it loads and then when it finishes loading it goes back to wifi settings and does NOTHING at all. ok so I hit back and go back to the connection type. so it then hit the arrow and instead of choosing the wifi stuff... i choose retry cellular connection. ok i then hit start and it says checking data connectivity the it finishes loading and then does nothing.
