...the world(US being 1st) but? whats the difference between 1 and 2?? like is there a big gap between U.S. military's power and China's or are they pretty close??..oh and btw idk if its still relevant to 2010 because apparently this was intelligence gathered by the CIA in 2004 so things may be different now in 2010 lol..so if things are can someone say something o.o
