Just like cracking knuckles, if I'm sitting in the same position for a long time, I'll 'pop' my back. You know, just twist one way and twist the other and it 'pops'
I've done this many many times for years, but when I did it a few days ago, I must have pulled something. It hurts in the spot that normally would pop, and so I can't bend over far or turn much without it hurting pretty bad. I can stand up straight/walk with no pain though.
Should I just wait a few days and see if it gets better, or go to Dr or what? Any ways to do something to help it 'heal' faster? Thanks
