i called virgin mobile bcuz i bought an insurance and my phne isnt turning on last friday and they told me i wud get my phone 3-5 days and its another friday and i havent got it whats going on??? they even gave me some code to put on the envelope that i send the phone that dosent work and they told me within 14 days days that i have the new phone to send that one back or my line will cut well what the hell do i do i nevr received my phone
