So I have been on a diet for 2 weeks so far but out of no where last week I

gained alot of weight!Help Please!? Okay so I am on a diet and have been for 2 weeks, and my starting weight was 266 pounds and after dieting good through the first week I was down to 262 pounds and out of no where in the next few days I shot up to 272 pounds while still eating the same things on my diet and not over eating or anything. I figured it was water weight since i probably couldnt gain 10 pounds of fat in 3 days while still eating good, and I also should mention I noticed over those few days I didnt really drink alot of water so Idk if that has anything to do with it. So as of now I am down to about 265 pounds and its been 2 weeks since ive started so I am down a pound from what I started at but I definitely fee better even though that all could just be in my head but ive heard from a few people that my face looks thinner. Also my complete goal is to lose all my fat and start building up alot of muscle.

So anyways I was wondering why I could have gained those 10 pounds out of no where? Any personal experiences? Thank You Soo Much!

I will also mention I am eating a daily healthy diet that consists of about 1300 calories, about 1000 sodium, and about 60 Carbs but are all mainly from fruit and veggies, also with plenty of water but I feel good so far not tired or anything. And I just bought a treadmill that I will have tomorrow and im planning on doing alot of cardio now every day to add with my diet!
