two years ...? okay so 2 years ago i got a phone from my parents on a family plan for my 16 birthday anyways my phone is still working but barley... i can txt and make calls the ringer sometime works but usually doesn;t. also i cannot charge it anymore thank god i have the same phone as my brother or else i wouldn;t be able to swap batterys to charge it... so wjat i wanna know is can you upgrade your phone with out signing a new contract? i don;t care about the cost of the phone i just wanna be on the same contract does that work and how ??
