I got fired for standing up to him - he's a bully. he met my husband for the 1st time on friday evening and he told my husband to go to hell. My husband behaved and let it go for my sake. However, my boss told me to pack my f'ing shi* and get the hell out. Now he sends me an email saying that I resigned and that my work was deplorable from day 1. So how come I never got written up. He's trying to cover his butt so he won't have to pay unemployment. And then he has his office manager call me twice saying that I have work files and mail at home. Told her I don't have anything. She said that he will prosecute me for theft if I don't return the items. Again I told her, I don't have anything of his or that belongs to the office. So my question is this, why is he acting this way? Is it a control issue or just that he's crazy. I guess I just don't understand.
