So I go to Walmart to get a Wii...

or hide it somewhere in the store! in all likeliness they'll still probably be some when he returns, the Target 5 mins from me always seems to have them when I go.
 
I went to walmart last night and they said that i would have to wait until 8 am today, what they failed to tell me was that they had already formed a line of 20 people for 14 systems and that it was in the garden center of all places.
 
I waited 15 hours in one of the Wal-Mart garden centers in my city on launch day. Just ask... they will tell you where and if there is already a line.
 
AMERICA, FUCK YA

So I woke up at around 5AM this morning hoping to get one at one of the local Wal-Marts. No luck. All had alloted campers since who knows.

So I go home all bummed out and took a nap. Woke up at decided to call a few places just for the hell of it. This worked out in my favor.

Gamestop: "Thanks for calling Gamestop, bla blah blah"
Me: "Do you have any Nintendo Wii's?"
Gamestop: "Yes we do.."
Me: (click)

So 30 seconds after I hang up I am already in my car on my way. I get there and there is an old man and lady in front of me. They both end up getting Wii's and I was left with the last one.

A guy came in after me and if I was even 2 seconds slow at getting there, I would have gottan squat.





Cliffs:

It's December 6th, no luck getting a Wii at Wally World. Luck took a U-Turn and ended up waiting about 5 minutes to get a Nintendo Wii.

I froze my ass off outside of wal mart for an hour and then twiddled my thumbs inside of wal mart at the layaway section for another 2 hours...but I got one
 
I went to walmart last night at 10pm and got one of the last spots in line for a Wii. I was so bored that I bought the board game Risk, and myself and several other people in line played a 6 and a half hour game
