okay i just found one of my older brothers old college T-shirts, its a faded gray HUGE t-shirt, its flimsy and has scattered holes around the neckline and at the bottom and even more faded lettering that says Loyola University in maroon. So its pretty much, in my definition, perfect for belting into a dress. I want to wear black leggings underneath but i dont have a belt for it... is there something i can make a belt with? any tips on pulling it off (hair accesories etc etc)?
