Alright so I'll run the basics.
After a couple of weeks of disturbances within the band, 1 person didn't like another and was basically not getting in the band because of it-after being there a couple months, and we kind of accepted him in, but was basically forced out because of conflict, mainly because he wasn't voted in, didn't play anything, but was going to learn and having a problem with a member having weed in the band with that guy not liking him because of it, and the guy with weed was still kind of upset about it being a problem.
Personally, I didn't care what the guy with weed did(most of us didn't), what you do behind closed doors is your business ya know, jus don't bring it out round practice imo but he wouldn't even admit it and when confronted after a few minutes just walked out an was like band meeting over which was kind of disrespectful, wasn't like I said either drop weed or leave, no I jus said don't bring it out. Anyways after finally practicing for the first time in a couple weeks together we did. Practice at first was alright, I wasn't particularly happy about how the other guy was basically forced out(even though he probably woulda been voted out since it was looking 3-2, but I'd rather it have gone down like that), but I kept myself calm about it ya know. So everythings going alright an towards end of practice they jus start playin around, and for me I find it wasting time, so I was kind of getting moody. So in the end, I say lets do a song clean, since I apparently had been hitting the wrong notes-in which I proved not lol-he didn't hear what I said after 3 times, so I grabbed the mic an kinda yelled CLEAN an he was like don't get all f*kin mad cause you don't speak up, an I was like dude I said it 4 times. He then threatened me an wanted to go out in the yard and fight, which I calmly talked to him and got him to ease down some-of coarse he was cussing an going on about how i shouldn't get an attitude an how every practice I do because I don't my way-sometimes I do not going to lie, but its jus frustration really of how things are done or handled. And basically he goes on about how could I prove if he beat me up if no one saw it, how he'd win since he knew he'd beat me, an yada yada hes kind of a wise guy who doesn't think before speaking but is pretty good at it-not to mention this dude is like taller an bigger than me, and I aint small. Evenetually it got a little better, and we didn't leave on a terrible note like it could've been
Now we did apologize to each other about the heated argument, but after what happened, Idk if I can stay in this band not knowing if we were to tour or something, and not know if I could trust him to handle himself better, hes 20ish so not a teenager, and could actually see him try to harm me. It just shocked me on how he was actually ready to go fight in the yard over a snippy comment.
