so 2003 dodge durango, and the top of the hood got crumpled by snow, how do i remove

the dents myself? my mom parked it under a building with snow on it and low and behold it fell off and crumpled my hood, i tried the CO2 thing and it didn't work at all, is there anything that i can do myself? also i cant just bang out the dents because there is this grid thing under the hood so i cant hit the dents because of it
 
you could probably do a few things as stated above but in the end it won't be worth the time and effort and it probably won't ever look right just buy a new hood from ebay for like a hundred dollars mabye 150 try looking around a bit and guarenteed you find one
