My parents won't let me drive to work tomorrow because I live on Long Island and there's supposed to be a huge snow storm. There's a blizzard warning. I work at a take out restaurant and I'm working 10AM-8PM tomorrow, even though if the storm is as bad as it's supposed to be then we'll probably close early. My mom says even if I wake up tomorrow morning and there's no snow on the ground they still are driving me there because if it starts snowing later on they don't want me to come out of work and have my car snowed in. I'm kind of annoyed, I hate not driving places myself. Opinions? I think I can handle it, but maybe it's for the better. Any opinions?
