Snapped rear shock mounting bolt on my jeep cherokee, i need some help!?

So i am going to remove the old shock absorbers on my jeep, when i meet some resistance from one of the 2 upper mounting bolts or screws you can barely even call them bolts. Of course the darn thing torques and snaps off leaving the remaining threading in the hole in the frame. Now not am i only scared to remove the other one, but now i really cant even drive it. So please tell me what you think i should do, maybe if this has ever happened to you. Ifigure there are enough old cherokees out there with old brittle bolts on them, that someone out there has had this happen to them and can help me out!!!

Check your local auto parts outlet - I suspect that they may have a repair kit just for this concern.
I know for a fact that they have them for the Ford Explorer.
