I am currently training fora 63 mile bike race in June and currently going out for 50+ rides on the weekends. I bring a Cliff Bar with me to eat mid way, but what are some other good snacks to bring that give instant energy?
I was thinking a plain blueberry bagel, bananna, trail mix?
