I am planning to start a website which gives information of blood donors registered on my website with other relevant information like their last time of donation, area of residence, other important stats needed through SMS to a person/relative of person in need of blood. I want to know the different SMS packages I can opt for, or what should I be doing to get this feature on my website and which is best?
