Hi All,
My GF's Z500 has a delay when you call it, you get dead air then it connects and starts ringing. It also has delays when SMSing, either it just sits saying 'sending' or when receiving an SMS it can take 30mins to come through even if the network is not overloaded. Its a bit frustrating . I have heard that this is a common problem with the Z500 here in New Zealand, is it the same elsewhere?? Vodafone can fix it but I dont want to pay them to fix a phone that should have worked in the first place. Its currently running software Z500BUEI1. Is there an update to this that will helpmy problem??
