That's your problem, my problem, everybody's problem. I've been trying to take myself out of my head and in to the present more and more lately, and I'm having a lot of fun doing it.
Unforgiven, if you want to shake things up (yes, I'm now a cliche public speaker), go in to a big public place and just do something stupid. Streak the mall, wear something rediculous, just anything you told yourself a thousand times you'd never do. Part of having fun spontaneously (for me) is to take myself out of my comfort zone.
Happiness shouldn't have to be worked for, it should be there for the taking. But its not, and I think the primary problem is that most people vastly underestimate the amount it takes for most people (or me, at least) to be happy. I hope you can all figure out how to be happy for yourselves :thumbsup:
