Smartphone with video calling?

I need a smartphone with video calling, qwerty keyboard, and touch screen. It has to be a 3g phone that can run on cingular's 850 band. I just bought the p990i, but I realized I won't be able to use the video calling feature, so the search is on for a new phone!!! You must help me find the dream phone!!!
 
Check out the HTC Hermes/TyTN here . A Quad-Band PDA-Phone with 3G and video calling. I don't know what they call it out in the US but here they sell it as the i-mate JASJAM and the Dopod 838 Pro. Hope it helped
